Hiwot Injera began as a family kitchen serving the Habesha community in Columbus. Today we're a beloved mini-mart and bakery, hand-making fresh injera every morning using traditional teff fermentation.

Every flatbread, every spice blend, every grain on our shelves is chosen to honor Ethiopian heritage — and to make it easy for our neighbors to bring that warmth home.
